    • App usage data: Features used, error logs, performance metrics

    Derivative Data

    Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.

    Method : Delete via Kynamic App
    • Open the Kynamic App
    • Navigate to "Settings" enter "Profile"
    • Choose "Delete Account"
    • Confirm the deletion
    • Your deletion request will be processed immediately

    Method : Delete via Email
    If you cannot access the App, you can delete via email, please send an email to: info@kynamic.com
    Subject: Account Deletion Request
    Please Include:
    • Your registered email address
    • Account username (if applicable)
    • Brief reason for deletion (optional)

    We will process your request within 5 business days and notify you via email when complete.
    Data that will be deleted:
    • Personal identification data (name, email)
    • Account login credentials
    • Riding records
    • GPS location history
    • Device pairing and connection information
    • App personalization settings

    Partial Data Deletion (Without Account Deletion)

    If you wish to delete specific data without deleting your entire account, please contact us at: info@kynamic.com
    We support the deletion of:
    • Specific riding records
    • Historical route data
    • GPS location information
    • Device connection history
    Processing time: Within 10 business days of receiving your request
